The online training classes cover the same material used in our
classroom training. A training manual is included and will be
mailed to your home or business within a few days of your

Instructor-led Online Training Seminars
Our instructor-led training seminars take an in-depth look at popular
topics from our training classes. These training seminars last
1 hour and cover topics in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and soft
skills. These classes are hands-on.

The many benefits of instructor-led online training include:
INTERACTIVE LEARNING:
Listen to and observe your instructor demonstrate software tools &
shortcuts, as you follow along on your computer. You can ask questions
and get feedback from your instructor. Instructors have the ability to
access each student system if hands-on assistance is necessary.
SMALL CLASS SIZES:
Classes are limited to 16 students; seminars are limited to 25
students. Small enough to get individual instructor attention and large
enough to benefit from the questions and knowledge from other
participants.
COST EFFECTIVE:
Learn from your home or office, no travel time or per-diem expenses.
FREE FOLLOW-UP TRAINING:
Students occasionally may want to review or refresh their knowledge. We
offer free access to their training online for two months.
PRIVATE AND CUSTOM DESIGNED TRAINING:
We can conduct a private training class just for your employees. We
will work with you to design a custom class covering topics and business
skills important to your team, with flexible scheduling. We can also
design a blended learning program for your company (see Training Trends:

you are placed in the correct level of training.
